We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and replacements work at FlexOG.

Return & Replacement Window

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of your order being delivered. After 7 days, we're unable to offer a return, replacement, or refund.

Eligibility

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Products marked as final sale, or intimate/personal items where applicable, are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return or replacement.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the next steps, including the return address if applicable.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically reflect within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can resolve it quickly at no extra cost to you.
